The journey of Modern College began in 2050 B.S. Renowned for its individual-focused learning approach, the institution has consistently maintained outstanding academic achievements in SLC/SEE and NEB/HSEB examinations. Since 2060 B.S., Modern has continuously secured exceptional results with distinctions and first divisions, and from 2072 B.S. onward, students have consistently achieved Grade A+, A, and B+ results. The institution has also produced remarkable board and district toppers, including Deepika Joshi from the +2 Modern Batch of 2069 B.S., who became Nepal’s top female student and second overall topper in the HSEB/NEB Board Examination. These accomplishments have established Modern among Nepal’s leading +2 schools and colleges, earning recognition from reputed national publications such as Kantipur Publications, Nepal Magazine, and Saptahik.

In 2065 B.S., it introduced the first +2 Management College in Bhaktapur under the slogan “Building Your Career, Shaping Your Future,” followed by the launch of +2 Law in 2074 B.S., marking another pioneering milestone in the district.
